Welcome to Apartments “Dernaj,” where modern comfort meets traditional charm. Built in 2024, our house is perfectly situated right on Južna Prezida Beach on the island of Vir. With direct access to crystal-clear waters, it’s an ideal destination for families with young children and anyone looking to relax and unwind in nature.

We offer five stylishly furnished apartments, each featuring a balcony, a bathroom with a shower, a cozy bedroom, and a spacious living area with a fully equipped kitchen and dining space. To ensure your stay is as comfortable as possible, we’ve chosen beds that are not only incredibly cozy but also add a touch of elegance to the space.

For those seeking a truly special experience, we’re proud to offer two premium apartments. These stand out with their modern design and unique features, including the option to organize romantic engagements with personalized packages. Both premium apartments provide luxury and privacy, with rooftop terraces where guests can relax in a private jacuzzi while taking in breathtaking panoramic views. The stunning sunsets over the horizon create an unforgettable setting, perfect for a romantic proposal or an intimate dinner under the stars.

All our apartments come equipped with air conditioning, two flat-screen TVs, and free Wi-Fi. While the tap water on the island is of excellent quality, we’ve also provided chilled water dispensers for added convenience.

Behind the house, you’ll find a communal area with a barbecue and a large dining table, perfect for socializing or enjoying an outdoor meal. On-site parking is available for all guests, and we’ve even installed a charging station for electric vehicles to ensure a seamless stay for those traveling with an EV.
